On Saturday, September 12, 2026, corresponding to the 1st day of the 8th month of the Tibetan Year 2153, the 45-day summer retreat (Yarne) undertaken by the Sangha this year was successfully completed.
On this auspicious day of departure, the Sangha, led by the summer retreat Khenpo, gathered together in the beautiful fields adorned with naturally flourishing plants and vegetation. In accordance with the Vinaya tradition, a ritual marking the completion of the retreat was performed.
A grand Riwo Sangchö smoke offering was also made to the deities of the Three Roots, as well as the local deities, landowners, and guardians of the place, offering prayers and incense for their blessings and protection.
